Raonca is a type that mix together an old style handďż˝ writing, with a recent, smooth and joyful digital font. Raonca has a lot of peculiarities that make it light and easy to read and mantains the charming touch of imperfections. The process that brought to its realisation started from an handwriting using Antiqua old style. The letters then have been scanned and imported on Adobe Illustrator. Later their axis have been traced and, applying a special brush to the lines, the final shape born. The final step has been to design the serifs, uniques for Raonca type. Letters spacing and kerning have finally been made using Glyphs and FontSelf, while the different font weights have been made using FontForge. 12/17 pt
