Delta Primary school Final degree project|2016
“A school as a seed, to activate the east riverside of Guadalquivir river� The Project concept is focused on the achievement of two main goals: the successfully connection between the city center and the riverside to promote the use of the area and the arrranging of the school funtional program to make the most of the enviroment. The school is at the same time connection and viewpoint, an element able to put in value the place.

THE PLACE Umie. Social operations center
Barqueta restaurant
The project is located on the west bank of the river Guadalquivir in Seville. The area has a great natural landscape value. This natural character is doubt the situation of continuous parks linked to the river and abundant vegetation.

It proposes a fluid area, where the buildings are understood as pavilions in a natural space; where vegetation, places of rest, sport courts and paths are used as a single space, with multipliples routs and flexibility of use.

PLACE`S VEGETATION
The vegetation is not change, the action has any impact on the natural environment, because the new volume is in the place that once was a huge stair, although it reinforces the vegetation with new poplars. Popolus alba

Housing Bacchiglione Fourth course project|2014
“ Housing, equipments and green areas able to activate a isolated place� In a historically settled area of the city, the space between an old wall and the main river of Vicenza is occupied, thought and transformed to formalize a great value area. The buildings and the publics spaces combines residential, cultural and leisure function in the limit of the medieval city to regenerate it.

Murillo day care center Fifth course project|2015
“An equipment where the relationship between urban space and architecture intensifies� Due to the particular location of the project, to get a successful resolution of the same, it was necessary to incorporate the interesting urban heritage context and botanical environment in the interior of the building, and at the same time, to protect it from the aggressive solar exposition in the warm months of the year. The formal definition of the project is the answer to these two initial conditions.

# Competition finalist: 4th prize
Pozoblanco’s Market Public competition|2017
“A new public square in a very concentrated urban space” The project statement proposes the remodeling of the central market of Pozoblanco (Córdoba) and its surroundings. The proposed project part of the creation of a new square with a big commercial pedestrian space located in the center of the town. The building opens onto this pedestrian space, on the ground floor and from the terraces.

Tre·Trick is a multidisciplinary studio focused on the visualization of architectural projects, making all kinds of infographics, renders and axonometries. We works with the clients to develope pictures that represent the most appropriate atmospheres depending on the character of each project.

Jamilena U - Housing It is an order from an Spanish architectural studio for the visualization of a housing project in the village of Jamilena (JaĂŠn) with commercial purpose for the selling through a real estate agency. The building consists of 15 semi-detached houses, with a traditional architecture. The mountainous context and the public space share the leading role with the building.

Nursing Home - La Florida It is an order from a young Spanish architect for the visualization of a nursing home project in “La florida� neighbourdhood (Seville) with academic purpose like their final degree project. The project maintains the historic facade of the old construction, the new building settle the vacuum left. Inside, there is a patio where you can see the vestiges of ancient ruins.
