TIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2006-WM4, V. KARLA POZO, ET. AL.

GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 07, 2023, and entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Nassau, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SECURITIZED ASSET

GIVEN, that a resolution was duly adopted by the Board of Fire Commissioners of the BETHPAGE FIRE DISTRICT, Towns of Hempstead and Oyster Bay, County of Nassau, State of New York, on the 12th day of July, 2023, subject to a permissive referendum as provided for by Section 6(g) of the General Municipal Law.

This resolution shall not take effect until thirty (30) days unless in the meanwhile a mandatory referendum as provided for in Section 6(g) of the General Municipal Law is required to be held.

SUPREME COURT OF THE STATE OF NEW YORKCOUNTY OF NASSAU DEUTSCHE BANK NA-

The BETHPAGE FIRE DISTRICT maintains a Capital Reserve Fund designated as the Capital Reserve Fund For Firematic Equipment under Section 6(g) of the General Municipal Law in which account there is sufficient funds to accomplish the purposes hereinafter set forth; namely, purchase of a Chief’s Vehicle and associated equipment, and it is proposed to contract for such purchase in order to maintain the high standards of performance of the BETHPAGE FIRE DEPARTMENT in the discharge of its duties in preserving the lives and property of the residents of the community and said purchase is deemed in the best interests of the residents of the BETHPAGE FIRE DISTRICT. The resolution further provides that there be transferred from the present Section 6(g) Capital Reserve Fund For Firematic Equipment of the BETHPAGE FIRE DISTRICT a sum not to exceed Eighty Five Thousand ($85,000.00) Dollars for said purchase, and the District Treasurer is authorized to effect such transfer from time to time effect such purchase.
