McColl’s partners with Ecrebo to drive customer engagement
The software will help McColl’s communicate with its customers more quickly and effectively.
McColl’s Retail Group is introducing Ecrebo’s POS technology across its whole estate after a successful trial.
The retailer partnered with Ecrebo earlier this month to trial its light-touch POS software in several stores.
The companies are working to leverage customer interactions and data to help McColl’s communicate with the four million customers who visit its stores every week more quickly and effectively. Using Ecrebo’s OnPoint Total Receipt Marketing solution, the retailer will add personalised offers and messages to its receipts issued across McColl’s network of 1,223 convenience stores and newsagents across England, Scotland, and Wales.
