Event Structure Pre-event freeze 20th June 2013 This year we would have just one pre-event named “Freeze”. FlashMob-Freeze, biggest of its kind ever organized in the city, aims to spread a social message and promote Balakalakaar as a whole. We will be engaging about 200 to 300 volunteers and a few NGO kids for the pre event. It would be a major event for marketing Bkk . The entire plan for this is also ready.

Main event Balakalakaar 10th July 2013 The main event would take place in middle of June. The main day would have a sports and a talent event running parallel. We would have delegations from schools and NGO’s for the same. In the middle of the day we have a “meals on wheels” campaign where in we provide food to these children . Few selected children would get training in the respective fields where they show their interest. There is a proper partnership plan for the same.
