ferent architecture which has always fascinated me to pursue my career in this industry since i was a kid. Every city has their own aura and whenever I travel or roam around a new place, I stumble upon the styles, culture and always try to put that essence in my work along with my creativity. I take research, analysis, creativity, functionality, and requirement into consideration while designing and try to focus on the space which speaks the personality of the owner. Simultaneously, I always try to keep me updated with industry trends through global study, social media, magazines and relevant articles.

PROJECT CHALLENGE-
To Design a 3BHK flat for a family of 5- a couple, 2 daughters and a son who wants a low maintenance house with ample storage to keep all their stuffs organised and enough seating space.
PROJECT SOLUTION-
The design caters to the need of the family by providing different level of private and public spaces. It will include space planning with a variety of seating options that will allow enough space to take on many different functions.
SITE CONTEXT-This site is situated in Ranchi, jharkhand. -It is a duplex apartment shared by two families and having a communal terrace and parking area . I had to design only one family’s 3BHK flat in which flooring has been done already.
CLIENT BRIEFThe client is a family of five- a middle age couple with three children live in other cities. Their requirement is very simple, a low maintenance neat and cleaned look house, with enough storage and seating area. So they can enjoy their spare time together.

Designing an eclectic style home with clean and clutter free look furniture having plenty of seating space ranging from L shape sofa cum bed to pouf to seating under the center table. The idea of the floor plan is to provide open, airy and bright space to the person residing there. I tried to keep color and texture of living room subtle with bit of vibrant colors popping out. Due to insufficient space of partition I used wallpaper to segregate these two areas and for getting an iconic view of dining area , a bench with two dining chairs were used instead of chairs. The remnant space under the bench will be utilised by a storage.

This bedroom is designed for the couple. The bed and window were not aligned which were pullling down the look of the bedroom, To align the bed and window size, i gave the blinder larger than the actual size of the window. Furthermore, the client wants the openable shutters in the wardrobe but it was creating a problem for the side table. so i came up with this idea to block that portion of the wardrobe which comes in front of side table.

BEDROOM 03 This bedroom is designed for their daughters. Her younger daughter wanteda specific place to showcase her artwork. So, i highlighted a particular space in the wall using a wallpaper. Due to the space contraints, i gave a side table on one side only so that , circulation on one side of the bed is not compromised. Instead of leaving that place spare, i inserted a bedback which enhances the look of the bed.

MAIN DOOR Main door is the first impression of any house. So, it has to be well designed, aesthetically beautiful and should be strong enough to prevent the whole house. There was not enough space for safety door and ventilation as well. So, we came up with the idea in such a way that the main door is flanked by two rafters with doors attached to it which will be openable froom behind,

PROJECT CHALLENGE-
To redesign a dilapidated principal’s office of 600 square ft space involving a lounge area, Principal’s desk area and storage area which has not been renovated since years. The client wants a minimal and clutter-free space to be renewed with a warm and neutral color palette with enough intelligent storage
PROJECT SOLUTION-
The design satiates the need of the client by apt space planning which has been articulated very beautifully.
MOODBOARD CONCEPTTo bring the nature inside, the space will be designed in such a way that it embraces the concept of scandivanian style. I tried to involve natural materials for decor such as jute carpets, biophillic art etc in order to look the office warm and welcoming .

AUTOCAD SKETCHUP VRAY PHOTOSHOP
PROJECT CHALLENGE-
To design an alluring woman clothing store so that every person who is passing by , wants to get a glimpse of this store. The space plan includes a staff room, couple of trial rooms, cash counter area and multiple sections for apparels and accessories.
PROJECT SOLUTION-
The design offers the well-planned space ( by zoning) of different sections such as western wear and indian wear for easy access. The front façade will be alluring to attract customers and the store’s interior will be very subtle so the focus will go only to the apparels
MOODBOARD
ZONING DIAGRAM
CONCEPTIndustrial style can be characterized by sleek simplicity with a dash of raw appeal makes for the perfect backdrop for product displays. As the clothes embrace colorfully, the design offers a juxtaposition with subtle neutrals and colors in a restricted manner. Forefront to concept is “Raw Material” which includes metal, wood, bamboo. Raw material often has a great deal of texture. - 38 -
