遷徙 闢遷 廢晒 歷經遷徙、闢建、廢晒、重生，洲南鹽場歷史近 200 年，仍保有清代不規則的鹽田樣貌。 For nearly two hundred years, Zhounan Salt Field went through the process of migration, establishment, ceasing and revival. Salt pans still keep the irregular shapes since Qing Dynasty. 1684 / 洲仔尾鹽場出現，1726 年分設洲南場、洲北場； 1788 / 洲南場遷移七股鹽埕 1824 / 第三代洲南鹽場於布袋新厝闢建 2001 / 鹽場廢晒 2008 / 重建鹽田：我們（新鹽工）與土地公、老鹽工，透過雙手、雙腳、身體與記憶，傳承、
學習鹽田整修與產晒，賦與鹽場新生命。 2010 / 開始進行環境教育 2011 / 恢復產晒功能 2013 / 鹽品上市 1684 / Zhoutzuwei Salt Field was firstly established， 1726 / Zhoutzuwei Salt Field was divided into Zhounan and Zhoubei two parts； 1788 / Zhounan part was migrated to Qigu Region 1824 / Zhounan Salt Field was firstly built in Budai/ 洲南塩所設立， 2001 / Zhounan Salt Field was closed / Zhounan Salt Field ceased making salt 2008 / The salt field was re-established.
With the help from the God of Earth and senior salt workers, we, as the new generation of salt workers, inherited and learned to renovate the salt pans and make salt by labor and memory, giving the salt field a new life. 2010 / We started to practice environmental education. 2011 / The salt production was revived. 2013 / The salt products were launched.

移轉、開拓、天日塩 止、復活に亘って、洲南塩所の 歷史は 200 年近く、清代不規則な塩田の 子を維持 している。 1684 年 / 洲子尾塩所が登場、1726 年洲南、洲北に設立された 1788 年 / 洲南塩所が七股に移った 1824 年 / 3 代目洲南塩所が布袋に設立された 2001 年 / 天日塩 止された 2008 年 / 塩田復活された我々 ( 新塩職人 ) が地 、先輩者と手、足、体及び記憶を 通じ、

清代，鹽田常因暴雨、淤沙或海水倒灌而毀；鹽工不斷逐內海尋良岸，重 新闢墾。 清朝統治時代、塩田は常に暴雨、土砂、海水遡上の原因て れる。塩職 人もどんどん 陸に入り、よりいい海沿いを探して、一から開拓する。 In Qing Dynasty, salt pans were often destroyed by rainstorm, silt and seawater flooding. Salt workers had to search for better locations and reestablished new salt fields.

Salt-flower / The diamonds dancing on the tip of tongue Salt-flower is composed of the very first crystals that form naturally on the surface of salt evaporation ponds. Only under the proper weather condition could it be harvested. It has multilayer flavor and is suitable for seasoning and sprinkling.

鹽，是存在自然界的礦物，海鹽、湖鹽、岩鹽，各有不同的生產地景與勞動樣貌。 鹽，讓食物更美味、蔬果魚肉可保存（生活）；用來驅邪祈福（文化）；以鹽為薪資（經濟， salary/salt）；鹽稅太重是法國大革命導火線之一（政治）；也廣泛應用於化學工業（科學）。 塩は自然なミネラルである。海塩、湖塩、岩塩、各生 条件と 働風景が見られる。塩があれ ば、食べ物が美味しくなる。野菜と魚、肉が保存できる（生活面）。お清めもできるし（文 化面）、給料としても支 われていた ( 面 )、フランス革命は塩 が引き金の一つだった（政 治面）。色んな化学工業にも使われている（科學面）。 Salt is a mineral in the natural world. Different types of salt, like sea salt, lake salt and rock salt, all represent various landscapes and different statuses of labour. Salt makes food tasty, preserves vegetables, fish and meat (in daily life), or is used to dispel evil and bring luck (in different cultures). Salt was used as salary historically (in economy), and the heavy tax on salt is one of the causes that roused the French Revolution (in politics). Salt also can be used on Chemical Industry widely (in science).
