The building welcomes you with an exposed brick wall giving a sense of warmth and welcome to the homesick paying guests. They’re immediately greeted by the smell of food coming from the cafe which is a semi open space with wooden twisting pergola, shaded by an existing banyan tree. The cafe looks into the Amphitheatre which leads to the activity room, the lounge and library lined in exposed concrete. These spaces then open out to the Garden. The lounge creates an informal interactive space with cutouts to the first floor and large windows. The lounge leads the users to the upper floor that houses the Co-working spaces. The Co-working spaces are divided into formal and informal spaces, where the informal space interactes with the lounge. Both these spaces have cantilevered balconies with brick jaali walls.
