Resonance will bring people of all ages together by making the community a central gathering venue, challenging the existing preconceptions of senior living both formally, conceptually and programmatically.

SYMBIOSIS Symiotic Residence is a residene whose design is based on the symbiotic lifestyle of a food stylist and a food photographer couple in their mid30s. Every element functions successfully on its own but collectively will afect each other in beneficial ways to become a btter, complete whole.
The aim of the project is to design an inventive space which fully functions for individuals to the whole family based on the concept of ‘mutual symbiosis. First floor
A lot of the times they work by themelves in their own studios underneath the common area on the second floor, but it is their collaboration that ultimately perfects what they do; husband cooks and prepares food which will be photographed by his wife.
the second floor of the residence is comprised of elements for living whereas the first floor was about individual work space; although the second floor is separated from the first floor, people inside are still at each other’s presence because of the atrium garden

climate analysis
prevailing winds The form of the building was optimized to achieve maximum natural ventilation throughout the building. This was achieved by making some wind pressure analysis on ecotect and orienting the wider part of the building with the large windows and patterns in the same direction of the highest wind current.
