The apartment building fosters a collaborative community, blending spaces for living and working to support diverse occupants’ needs in this technical and digital era of productivity. The design balances privacy and interaction, creating an environment where personal and shared goals align. Symmetry organizes spaces for aesthetic harmony and circulation, while materials like concrete, masonry, and wood enhance durability and warmth. Partial boundaries—such as partial walls, rails, glass panels, and courtyards—offer flexibility and visual connection, maximizing natural light and ventilation to ensure comfort and reduce energy use. Communal spaces encourage socialization, while dedicated zones cater to focused work, pet-friendly areas, and accessibility, fostering a balanced, thriving community.

The Concept of 'Centranines' is the derivative of saidtitle, which consists of 'Centralized, Canines, andChores.' With that being said this outdoor gatheringspace is design to optimize towards working and tomaintain and improve the dogs' well-being. Thedesign uses circular areas to make use of efficientspace and the 'centralizing' aspect to allow users tomaintain eyesight and watch over their caninepartners out in the grass, while having optimumergonomic curved planes for the users to work.Throughout the design it also focuses to allowmobility disabled people to use the facilities foundin the area with the use of optimum ergonomics andramps to allow optimal movement for all.
2023 OBTUSE SERENITY

This project entitled 'Obtuse Serenity' has the meaning of taking advantage of angled surfaces to fulfill the requirements for the dweller's well-being, mainly towards the tranquillity and comfort of the people residing in the house. The obtuse angled surfaces helps achieve tranquillity as well as to enhance the actions and sound of Islamic practices and culture in the family is by reflecting wanted sound throughout gathering spaces, and absorbing sound in private areas. The house is designed towards the family itself, their routines and needs, ergonomics, and program. These would be the basis of the design and the composition of rooms and usage of ramps is also the result of providing solutions for the family's problems.
