Introducing Mental Health Matters
Welcome to Mental Health Matters - the new industryleading magazine for mental health professionals in Australia and New Zealand.
Promote your products and services to key decisionmakers in mental health by reaching some 15,000 of the most influential practitioners and organisations in our region.
Mental Health Matters will be published in March and September in both digital and printed formats.
The printed magazine, which was launched at the International Mental Health Conference in September 2022, is mailed to leading mental health organisations in Australia and New Zealand.
In the three weeks since its launch, the first edition of Mental Health Matters reached over 4,500 unique readers, comprising 3,000+ online reads (with an average read time of over 5mins 20 seconds per person), plus another 1500 printed magazines distributed through conferences and other channels.
If you want to reach Australia and New Zealand’s most influential mental health professionals, Mental Health Matters is THE publication to showcase your products and services.
Our members are some of Australia and New Zealand’s leading mental health practitioners working in government, leading NFP organisations such as Beyond Blue and Headspace, universities, primary health networks, social service organisations and in private practice.
We also have members located in the United Kingdom, USA and Pakistan.
This readership continues to grow as the digital version is widely promoted to ANZMHA’s 12,800+ members and partners via its website, social media channels and e-newsletter (which has best practice engagement rates of 36.5% average opening rate and 11.42% average click rate).
The magazine is edited by Melissa Le Mesurier, an award-winning editor of trade magazines, and features stories about mental health practitioners and their innovative work across Australia, New Zealand and globally.
Mental Health Matters complements the association’s suite of activities, including annual events, development opportunities and educational materials, which are all designed to support the personal and professional well-being of mental health workers.
