AIESEC Alumni International Entrepreneurship Program
New generation of young millionaires is coming. They are innovative and adventurous. They are responsible for the world’s future and sustainability of economics. They are entrepreneurs.
Johnatan Manzi (USA). Made his first million when he was 16. At 21, he currently owns four multi-million dollar firms in divergent industries. Fraser Doherty (Scotland). Now 24, set up SuperJam at 14, using his Gran's jam recipes. Now supplies over 2,000 supermarkets around the world.
Ludwick Marishane (South Africa), 22. Invented DryBath, a gel applied to the skin that yields the same result as soap and water. Sold 162,000 sachets during 2011. Daniel Mishin (Russia), 20. Started his first hostel in his Gran’s apartments. The owner of BearHostels, network of hostels in Russia with more than 3 mln. USD turnover in 2012.
But still, there are several gaps • Between fresh newcomers and experienced, skilled entrepreneurs born in 20th century. • Between banks which are looking for clients among growing up entrepreneurs.
• Between educational programs and real challenges of the market and competition; • Between entrepreneurs and mass media seeking for “new heroes” for young generation; • Between entrepreneurs and venture investment funds, business angels
Global economic crisis is coming
