Para que la arquitectura aparezca como un arte, debe trascender el más acá que es la pura construcción, y tal vez por eso, el arquitecto tiene que olvidarla, no debe darle importancia a la forma que dibuja, si no al espiritu o el ambiente que la forma recoje, para dar lugar a la vida humana tal como es, cuando es en plenitud, y alguien puede interpretarla con afecto, como todo un artista.

To look like an art, the architecutre must trascend beyonde the “here”, which is the pure construction, and perhapas by this, the architect has to forget his profession, he should not give importance the way he draws, but rather, the spirit or environment that the form collects, to thrive human life the way it is, when is plenty. Life, and someone can interpret it with affection, like any good artis.

The resort, set to be completed by 2028, will include 40 guest suites and three resort villas. A retreat summit centre near the resort will feature 14 private pavilions.

With the concepts taking a curatorial approach, architect Jean Nouvel celebrates AlUla as, “the coming together of a landscape and history; The history of past civilisations in an extraordinary landscape.

Designs show Jean Nouvel’s modern take on millennia-old Nabataean ways of living with monumental designs carved into the rocks that sustainably respect and preserve AlUla’s landscape by drawing on concepts from the nearby Hegra, Saudi Arabia’s first UNESCO World Heritage Site.

«Les Bois d’Angers» is the first housing wooding structure projet of Angers. A residential complex of 2 building with 70 appartments and a nursery.

Monitoring of the construction of an office building in the 16th arrondissement in Paris. The «multiproject» with a surface of 6,000 m² includes the partial demolición of a parking building, its rehabilitation on the side of the facade and the incorporation and rehabilitation of a mansion in the general program. In TBT France, as a Project Manager of the PARFOIS brand, I followed the installation of several shops in France . Where in each room the procedure includes recovery, management with the Town Halls, Stations, Shopping Centers or Airports, following the submission of the Development file, according to the PMR and Fire standards. Following the execution of the works and finally the opening of the stores.

Design a Masterplan so that the building is inserted into the ground in communion with the existing landscape. At this point, it was decided to improve and strengthen the natural state of the land and its surroundings. It was then necessary to carry out a study of solar radiation in order to design a facade according to the geographical state. In this way, we were able to calculate the solar incidence angle and its variation during the year.

A mountain refuge that meets the characteristics of a new architectural typology. It corresponds to a future generation of shelters, capable of generating up to 90% of the energy they consume through the recycling of wastewater, and the use of solar panels & bio-fuels.

NAMA PROJECTS IN CHILE 2009-2013
The restoration project aims to give a ceremonial character to the Church and the chapel of the small town of Nama located in the mountains at an altitude of about 3000 meters.

The value of traditional techniques and building materials is recognized through structural interventions to maintain the original nature of the buildings. An urban intervention which improves the pilgrimage path between the church and the chapel, and which reshapes the main square of the eastern city.

The rammed earth is an alternative building material that can meet the needs of today’s housing without compromising the future of future generations. The construction technique is that of earth adobe originating in Santiago, at the foot of the Andes reef.
