Equity in the Comprehensive Plan: Process / Engagement
Strive for fair representation of all stakeholders and interests. Do the homework - Understand context and history (previous engagement efforts). Support the participation of anyone who may be marginalized or underrepresented. Provide fair access to facilities and services. Create a range of engagement opportunities. Build trust.
