AAOC Multifamily Mingle Recap The Importance of the Private Placement Memorandum (PPM)
AAOC Multifamily Mingle Recap
Nearly 100 multifamily housing providers and suppliers gathered for an evening of networking, tasty appetizers and drinks, and good conversation at the Apartment Association of Orange County’s (AAOC) Multifamily Mingle on Thursday, February 24, 2022, at El Adobe de Capistrano in San Juan Capistrano. It was AAOC’s first inperson event of the year following a two-month pause during the COVID19 Omicron variant surge.
AAOC wishes to thank its generous sponsors who helped to make this Multifamily Mingle possible: BMS CAT of Southern California LLC; Direct Signs and Designs; Los Gatos, Inc.; Navion Insurance Associates; Sullivan Property Management; and Zumper; as well as Arrow Sign Spinners for the directional signage, and AAOC’s unofficial photographer, Bob Heer (To’ and Mo’ Towing).
The next AAOC Multifamily Mingle will be presented at TAPS Fish House & Brewery, in Corona, on Thursday, March 31st from 5:30–7:30 p.m. Registration is open at www.AAOC.com.
We hope to see you then.
