In this portfolio I inserted some of the jobs that I was the main person in charge, or I was part of a development team. I worked in general in the Development of Project Design, in the Implementation of BIM Technology, acting as BIM Manager and Development of Technical Drawings for approval with public agencies. I also accompanied the whole process of Planning and Execution of the Works. I present here in general the Digital Prototypes of Projects. 2

Was the principal of the project. The Developer's interest was to develop a mixed-use Building, with residential/commercial/institutional. I started with the study of Local law, and possession of this information the next step was the Full Development of the project, with its Artistic and technical Designs and your computer model. Also was given the technical and economic feasibility study, to show that the expectations of the entrepreneur, would be being met. Has already been given the entry of Legal project, which is in the process of being approved by the municipality.

In this Helicentro project, was the architect responsible for all its stages, which were: -Reference Designs study; -Study of the Local Legislation for the implementation of a project with so many quirks and restrictions; -Technical feasibility Study; -Elaboration of a program where needs were met the special needs of such a venture, while continuing to take into account your economic viability; -Development of Draft; -Simplified Legal Project; -Drainage project; Earth moving project; - Digital prototype construction (Mockup); -Planning of the work. For being a project with special features, a change in zoning Law, to restrict construction in your feedback. The land on which is built the Helicentro has passed by Earth moving phase and begins to have the first infrastructure works in progress.

In the design of this Educational Complex, which will satisfy the Child, Fundamental levels l and ll until high school, I was member of a group of three architects, where I developed several tasks, including: - Field survey; - Technical feasibility study, Study and Study neighborhood impact; - Study of educational standards and for scaling buildings; - Preparation of the program of needs.; - Preparation of technical drawings and computer model; - Earth moving project; - Development of planning and schedule of work; - Meetings with employees of complementary projects (electrical, Structure, coverage, fireman, hydraulic) request for Entry of a building permit. Details of the project. The project is in the construction of your first stage, with completion scheduled for the end of this stage 2018.

In the design of this building Multifamily Residential (HIS), were respected all the assumptions imposed by edict of banking competition Planner. The legal restrictions passed where the same would be deployed, your feedback, the amount of housing units that should be contemplated, variations of the type of housing units to the type of material and construction system to be used in your future construction. The design intent was to give '' MOVEMENT '' to all its facades, integrating also the design of the building concepts of sustainability. The work of Legal Study and development of complete project was developed by me and another architect. We were not the chosen by the newsstand, but it was excellent opportunity.

In the design of this Venture was responsible for part of the technical feasibility Study, 2D and 3D images, and every computer model. The project is at the stage of Incorporation by the owner of the land and one of the Investors.

No projeto deste Edifício Residencial fui responsável por fazer toda a Modelagem do Projeto em REVIT e SKETCHUP Foi modelado todo o projeto de Arquitetura, Estrutura, Hidráulica e seu Terreno Existente. Com esta modelagem fiz todo o Projeto Executivo e seu Detalhamento, também todo o Cálculo de Corte e Aterro de Movimentação de Terra e seu Projeto de Terraplanagem. Foi possível fazer também toda a compatibilização no NAVISWORKS entre as disciplinas de projeto citadas acima e antecipar as possíveis interferências, antes delas acontecerem em obra. Além dos desenhos técnicos, também foi possível obter as imagens internas e externas para a apresentação do projeto. Para isso foram usados softwares como o Lumion, Photoshop e Corel.

In the design of this complex, was the architect responsible for the project. Since your feasibility study, until the application for approval of the project at City Hall for your construction. The project was conceived within the BIM TECHNOLOGY. Having his first studies being done in AutoCad, to then be forwarded for modeling in Revit. After the construction of the Digital Prototype in Revit, the template is forwarded to the LUMION, where adjustments were made, for the generation of images that would be used in your presentation.
