Most of our rituals are fully developed by us and use only natural products Acqua Lisboa100%, with artisanal and smallscale prodution whose formulas, developed exclusively for Acqua Lisbon, are regitered in Infarmed So do not be surprised if during one of these rituals realize that real flower petals are being used or that the exfoliatiing has real apricot pits. Or you feel like eating the honey you are being wrapped in. Also not be surprised to verify the therapeutic effects immediately as natural formulas are much more effective.

Everything you need to know Spa Etiquette

Open on weekdays from 08.00 to 22.00, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 10:00 to 19:00. Reservations can be made directly on the SPA or via www.acqualisboa.pt. Please arrive 10 minutes before your treatment, to have time to prepare and relax. We seek to comply with the schedules, so any delay in starting treatment will cause it to be shortened, reducing its full benefit If you need to cancel your appointment we require 12 hours notice, otherwise this will be charged. During the treatments, please inform your therapist if you are comfortable, the room is too hot or too cold, if the pressure is too soft or too strong. If you have a particular injury or physical limitation, please explain and share with your therapist. Feel free to talk or be silent during your treatment. Our therapits will respect your wish. Our goal is to provide you with a positive experience. Please remove all jewelry and clothing. You will have bathrobe, disposable slippers and towels. We ask that you turn off your phone at the entrance, so that nothing can disturb your stay in the SPA.
