1. Measure the toll calibration’s thickness ? (the following pictures just for your reference, please measure the thickness with the vernier by yourself, this has something to do with the cutting deepth)
2. After you get the thickness of the tool calibration , please input it into the following pic. Please note: the “Gage Block Height ” on the left side and the “Gage Block Height” on the right side all need be inputted the thickness.
3. Please make the machine move to the processing begining point of teh material(there is 5mm distance between the tool nose and the material), then please make XYZ to 0 . Just do the calibration movement as the following pic: input the” M930”, then prcess ENTER, then machine will do calibration auto.
4. When the tool nose touches the tool calibration , then take out the tool calibration block, and press “RESET ”
5. Back to main screen , then press”OFFSET”, then press “Set Z”
6. As the following pics show, Z axis is 12mm(thickness of tool calibration ), then we finish the tool calibration work.
7. The next step is read the G code file, please change the spindle’s RPM to 24000 as the following pic.
8. Then we get the following pic.
