Gordon Ramsay: Uncharted

The new episode “England Jurassic Coast” finds host Gordon Ramsay in a rugged region of southern England that has been designated a World Heritage Site by UNESCO and celebrated for its fossil-rich and diverse geology. As he also finds a wealth of culinary secrets just waiting to be unearthed, Ramsay goes leaping off cliffs to harvest seaweed, milks a water buffalo to make a distinctive mozzarella and braves stormy seas in a kayak to pull huge lobsters from the waters.

Running Wild With Bear Grylls: The Challenge

In this new series, host and survivalist Bear Grylls steps up the challenges he posed to his celebrity guests in the original “Running Wild” series, teaching them essential survival skills and then letting them prove they can put what they’ve learned to good use in an emergency situation. In the series opener, “Natalie Portman in the Escalante Desert,” Grylls shows the Oscar-winning actress the ropes (sometimes literally) in the wilderness of Southern Utah. Future celebrities include Marvel action stars Florence Pugh and Simu Liu, and Ashton Kutcher.
