STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY The PANELOC® system gives you high quality components like solid EPS insulation within a sturdy 4’ x 8’ framework of 2’ x 6’ studs at 16” on center sheathed on one side with 7/16” OSB.
PERFORMANCE & QUALITY PANELOC® is a cost effective way to achieve maximum insulation values in dormer and gable walls without creating problems associated with condensation build up. The expanded polystyrene core provides each of the characteristics required for long-term performance; permanent R-value, inherent water resistance, excellent physical strength and dimensional stability. EPS is also “ozone friendly”. It is CFC, HCFC and formaldehyde free.

Realize substantial energy savings with PANELOC® 5-1/2” thick EPS filled. Calculated R-value of Top Plates width 7/16” OSB on Header one side only is R-21.75 and R-23.51 at 40. Actual R-values with EPS Insulation exterior and interior 2” x 6” Studs finishes will be 7/16” OSB even greater.
