In 2013, Attorney Chris Conway left a national insurance defense firm to start Conway Law. He desires to fight for justice for those injured by someone else’s negligence or recklessness. He fights for his clients by using what he learned defending insurance companies. He and his family love living in Dunwoody and being involved in the community whether with Chesnut Elementary, Dunwoody North Fins, Dan & Company, Rush Union, or Orbit Arts Academy.

Here is something practical to remember if you are ever in a car wreck: Conway Law’s Four (4) “C’s” for car wrecks: (1) CALL the police. People lie and an insurance company will not believe you unless there is a police report documenting the wreck; (2) COLLECT information. Take pictures of everything: your vehicle, the other vehicle, the locations of the vehicles after the wreck, the other driver’s tag and insurance information. A picture is worth a thousand words and often the car that hits you looks worse that your vehicle. (3) CARE for yourself. Go and see a medical professional if you feel pain or stiffness, persistent headaches, numbness or tingling going down your arms or legs, or pain in any other area of your body. If you wait to see a doctor hoping that the pain will go away or suffer in silence, an insurance company will use that against you. (4) CALL Conway Law. Insurance companies are in business to make money and try everything to diminish the value of your claim. You need someone with the knowledge and experience to fight for you.
