Directed production of wholesale marketing tools, including in-store signage and collateral, monthly sales calendar and newsletter, and branded framework for experiential sales campaigns. • Managed Tea’s bi-annual Fundraise with School Days program, raising money for over 400 schools and nonprofits nationwide, resulting in a YOY increase in participation of 13%, and a 12.8% increase in revenue. • Managed editorial calendar, thoughtfully planning daily content to align with key brand messages and marketing initiatives in support of seasonal drive times and overall business objectives. ◦ Annual Retailer Workshop - Chaired planning and production, bringing cross-country boutique partners to Chicago for a weekend of networking and discussion around branding and business building strategies. Managed a $75K budget, directing all stages of event development and execution from venue selections and logistics proposals to securing keynote speakers, coordinating schedules, and managing vendors to ensure details seamlessly executed. ◦ National PTA Tradeshow Activation - Pitched and secured funding for a partnership with the National PTA to increase awareness of the Fundraise with School Days program and expand its participant base. Curated and managed a 2-day activation booth at the 2018 National PTA Convention. Efforts resulted in 60 new sign-up leads.

◦ Portland Children’s Museum Pop-up - Ran point for a 2-day pop-up experience at the Portland Children’s Museum in support of Tea’s sponsorship of the Voyage to Vietnam exhibit. Managed all pre- and post-event logistics including floor plan design and product placement, organization and shipping of materials, creation of interactive activities and promotional collateral, implementing run-of-show, and recapping event success.

◦ Seasonal Collection Launch Party - Conceptualized and produced an exclusive launch party in debut of the Spring/Summer ‘18 collection for an intimate group of Tea’s most engaged customers. Directed all aspects of event management including design and setup, catering, production of activation materials, gift bag procurement, and outreach.
