Certification delivering 'real value'

The Exclaim IT group continue to realise the benefits of APSCo Australia's Certified Staffing Professional Program.

With every person on the team certified, Andrew Johnson, General Manager - Recruitment Services, says he feels confident in their ability to navigate the often-complex recruitment landscape. Even new starters at Exclaim IT complete their certification as a priority.

"With certification comes a greater understanding of what it takes to be trusted in this industry, and trust is integral to being a successful recruiter, " Andrew said.

"Our people are now more aware of privacy and anti-discrimination laws and other risk management essentials.
