The following is a documentation of the experience of both my culinary delights and notso delights in China in July 2012. I was there for three weeks, and spent most of my time in the province of Guizhou. Noodle soups and hotpots are favorites in this province.
Lily Soup. Wonderful and refreshing.
Although, the coffee on the right looks dreamy it is nescafe.
More nescafe. I could not give up the dream of a real coffee.
