Morphology of the city of Yazd in iran follows a strong particular form in its planning. The detailed analysis has been carried out to understand the nature of the forms that city has taken up from the historical periods to till date. The city has his its own historical significance with world heritage sites such as Dowlat Abad Bagh which is located very next to the site.
The proposal aims to respect the existing morphology of the surrounding as well as tries to build a new relation with surrounding. Proposal houses variety of housing and unit typologies in consideration with context and requirements which combines together to form a cluster with central courtyards and common meeting spaces in the building itself. Central building with plaza has been placed at strategic location i.e. in front of the entrance of Bagh with various commercial and recreational spaces and watching decks which overlooks the bagh. Re-ehanced spaces along the Canal , Watchtower , Public plaza are other additonal spaces which localites and tourists can enjoy.

This project has been taken up as a study model to devise solutions for Public Transport and Public’s need. Suburban trains in the city of Mumbai are heavily loaded, much beyond their capacity, and while newer forms of transport like the Monorail, Metro rail are being planned. There is barely any coordination between these different modes. As a result, citizens are facing the problems like blocked roads, crowded pavements, poor intermediate transit and lack of efficient connectivity. A vast sum of money that is being spent on new modes of public transport, eventually has very little effect on the overall quality of the transport.
Thus, this proposal aims to create efficient linkage between modes of transport through an transit hub to create a nodal integration between the Multiple Transit Lines conciding at a spot and Public Spaces proposed serving for passengers and the people residing around Transit Hub.

We Indians are known for our Hospitality across the globe. It is the part of the ‘Code of Conduct’ for indian culture for us, Guest is equivalent to the god.
The Architecture of the hotel builds on his ancient Indian expression. The two wings of the hotel are claped together like hands greeting the city of Navi Mumbai. In this way the architectural design of the hotel provides the ultimate symbol of ‘Hospitality’ and ‘Welcome’, as seen in the cultural context of India.
The tower is composed of two masses that are touching together; the space between the two wings forms the Central Atrium. This open atrium provides dramatic views of the city and Panvel creek. Those atrium contains intermediate gardens, which brings green inside the building.
This tower will feature as a Hotel, which will comprise large two banquet halls that can be used for weddings or similar functions, as well as meeting and conference rooms. Apart from that it also comprises the facilities such spa and massage centre , swimming pool, fitness center, Cafeteria & Specialized restaurants.
