The paper introduces a several assumptions starting from; is time a very sustainable exists and influencing or its permanent case we cannot fell it? Is it actually, time could be an important influence element on the perception of the urban spaces for the wall ordinary people? Finally, if it this influencing having existed how the designer could be manipulating time to design the urban spaces for supporting the human needs and requirements to reach easy accessible perceive of the place? The paper aims to explain the active role of the dimension of time on the influence of the designing of the urban spaces. It introduces the concept of time for Einstein and Hawking vision. In addition, it wills attempt to compromise some of this vision with the contemporary urbanism visions specially, which deals time as a fourth dimension affecting on the visual perception for the place. This vision has had using to design the urban spaces according to respect two main aspects: first, the sequential movement for the peoples that are using these spaces by Lynch, and second, the perception of the places within the change of its characteristics under time circumstances in the valuable historical areas by Kasprisin. The paper introduces a practical model for the case of place perception taking into consideration time influence. The assumption there is; the visual perception will doing within two cases for the interaction relation man-place: first, instantly time visual perception for the place defined at the present time soon, and second, visual perception for the change of place across the age, which is understanding as a several time lives, an accelerate periods, or an accumulative times.
