Municipality of Nafpaktia – Call for Expression of Interest

HELLENIC REPUBLIC MUNICIPALITY OF NAFPAKTIA

The Hellenic Republic Asset Development (HRADF) launched an international highest bidder tender for the exploitation of a real estate property located at the former workplaces of the project Rio-Antirrio connection with a total surface of 165,460.40 sqm. It is a coastal property bordering east with the Antirrio village, close to the exit of the Rio - Antirrio Cable Bridge (Harilaos Trikoupis Bridge).

The Municipality of Nafpaktia would like to inform interested parties that the local society intends to support tourism investments in order the property become the springboard for growth in Western Greece and Greece in general.

The comparative advantage of the real estate property are its location in the center of a historical and cultural hub, that connects Olympia and Delfi, the tourist attractions and the remarkable points of interest like Nafpaktos town, its castle and the mountainous Nafpaktia, the Sacred Town of Mesologgi, the city of Patras, its castle and its port. Furthermore, the property connects Peloponnesus with Western Central Greece and Epirus, and with the rest of Europe, since the Patras and Igoumenitsa ports are the main gates of Greece to Western Europe. Interested parties that wish to participate in the tender must submit their proposals until March 27, 2020, in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the Request for Proposal.
