From the Editors

The world has provided new precedents again this past year in many areas, and we are all becoming accustomed to what is not in our usual comfort zone. It is time to think outside the box.

That is certainly the case with this year’s Stallion Guide, which for the first time, is being combined with the official Darley Awards program and ARC Stallion Breeding Auction. By joining efforts, we are able to manage expenses while still bringing the international Arabian racing industry the digital and print publication they look forward to every year.

And within its pages, the wealth of talented Arabian race breeding stallions may never have been better. We all know that there are many parts to the creation of a good racehorse, but it begins with the bloodlines.

The U.S. is well represented in the pedigrees of many internationally competing horses and stallions including farms like Rosebrook Farm, Cre Run Farms, Mandolynn Hill Farm, Altitude Arabians and through the many sons and daughters of Burning Sand.

We encourage you to consider breeding to the proven race stallions in the ARC Stallion Breeding Auction that represent some of the top bloodlines winning today. You will find, among others, Burning Sand, Kong, Amer and the exciting Hilal Al Zaman. Some of the best bloodlines for some of the very best prices. See your Auction Stallions and how to bid on pagse 20 and 21.

Thank you for being part of our journey and supporting U.S. racing by supporting the Darley Awards, the auction and this publication.

It will take all of us to keep Arabian racing vibrant, but we can if we lean in.

Stay safe and see you on the rail.
