The design will feature open spaces, natural light, and indoor gardens to enhance creativity and mindfulness This approach promotes employee wellbeing while aligning with sustainability goals, creating a serene and inspiring workspace. Following, the concept the Building has a angular tilted floorplate structure. This is achieved through the floorplate getting additional balconies in a tilted form which allows the building to look tilted throughout. This also allows structural stability as the core is not disturbed and no additional columns were added as the balcony acted as a cantilever which is 4m wide.

Orient the building to reduce east-west sun exposure and maximize natural ventilation. Use louvers and green roofs for cooling and insulation. Open courtyards and water features aid evaporative cooling, while operable windows enhance cross-ventilation. Locally sourced materials boost energy efficiency and sustainability.

The building consists of a semi-ciruclar floor plan and it is a two-storey structure which allows the roof to be organic in shape and creates a terraced roofing structure that also allows it to direct the rainwater towards the catchment area. The roof is a green roof structure which makes the building interiors cooler as the thermal mass is prevented from being exposed to the heat rays. Thw windows of the structure are inspired by Antonio Gaudi’s Sagrada Familia as they are organic in shape and use stained glass.
