We actually got picked up at Basel and traveled to Adelboden - our Driver was Miguel. Very friendly, great conversation over the two hour trip to Adelboden. We rode in a new, clean Tesla x which was fun and even stopped for a quick takeaway lunch. Miguel went the extra mile when we arrived at the cable car that takes us to our mountaintop hotel and translated for us and helped us figure out where we were going and what we needed to do. A+++ rating.

Top notch! As we were pulling into the Basel Hauptbahnhof, the driver called me to let me know where he was outside the station. After that, we picked up our bags and were met by our driver. What a way to go. Direct travel and baggage assistance made it a smooth transfer for us. Could not ask for more. No travel anxiety when they make sure you are taken care of away from home.

Arranged for an all day van + driver, as four of us needed to go from Zurich to Basel, but also to stop and visit Mulhouse (Auto museum) and Colmar (France) on our own time. Our driver, Patrick, picked us up promptly at our hotel, and took us where we wanted to go and on our schedule (e.g. we took almost 4 hours to explore Colmar). Patrick was patient, and very professional. Also he’s a very safe driver. We were very pleased with the communication and services of AlpTransfer, and would not hesitate to use them again. Although we had to pay in full prior to our pick-up, the firm provided the service exactly as we requested. They’re excellent!

My guide was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. We had a great day touring Lichtenstein, bregens Austria, lindau Germany, and then stopped at the rhinefalls in Switzerland on the way back. He was relaxed , made time for shopping and food and was great conversation learning about some of the histories and attractions that we drove by and stopped at. I would highly recommend this tour- hope you get the same man. I was solo and it made for a great experience while solo traveling in Zurich!!
