THE COMPANY HAS COMMITTED TO BUILDING A SAFETY CULTURE BY IMPLEMENTING MANAGEMENT STANDARDS AND ENCOURAGING ACTIVE PARTICIPATION IN THE CULTURAL CHANGE COMMITTEES.
