THE TREETOP Co-working space
The use of an office or other working environment by people who are self-employed or working for different employers typically, so as to share equipment, ideas and knowledge. Co working involves a shared workplace, often an office, and independent activity. Unlike in a typical office, those co working are usually not employed by the same organization.

DESIGN GOAL: • Turning out the idea of a ‘traditional office’ by designing spaces that feel more like coffee shops and less like the cubicle offices of decades past. • Achieving a quality indoor environment that offers flexibility, fun and high productivity. Socio-friendly conditions and well integrated services. • • • •
d e s i g n c o n c e p t: The design is developed by creating a green space on the roof . The form is created with the referance to site context and also to create a view space from the building and also can be used as relaxation space .
Create a more flexible and cost-effective office environment. Innovative design can boost employee engagement and attracts talent. An alternative work setting, this appeal to the millennial generation. Provides Identity.Lighting and ventilation.

THE RIVER OAK’S Appartment design
Apartment - the “contemporary urban dwelling” defines the residential quotient of the city fabric. In the urban context apartments are an ideal interpretation of a self contained domicile. Apartment living has a strong social connotation where the building of space triggers human interactions and fosters communal living. Apartment design takes shape from the axiom of personal living space and the multitude of activities that occurs among the inhabitants. The basic approach in looking at the apartment: first is from the functional approach that an apartment is a home and second - an economic approach as that of an asset.
10
11
DESIGN GOAL: Apartment Design is intended to create a private residential domain that reflects contemporary lifestyle, comfort, aesthetics and the personality of its inhabitants. • Create a strong sense of private space in conjunctive equilibrium with the neighborhood • Integrate architecture of the built and the open. • Provision of comfortable spaces secured by design. • Maximizing the allowable FSI. • Emphasize on the particulars of context including space, activity, connections, scale, and the footprint on the site. • Conscious attempt at an inclusive design for children, elderly population and physically challenged. • To impart an image that reflects the apartment’s style and design sophistication. • Foster sustainable living in communities. • Providing Identity

S.A.P school of architecture and planing campus design
Institution plays an important role in providing platform for imparting knowledge and skill. Each subject / field needs its specific ambience of learning environment. The environment within the institution is the prime generator for quality in education in addition to the quality teachers. Architectural education has its uniqueness in nature which is vastly deferent from other technical education. It lays more stress on creativity learning through observation, experimentation and interaction rather than only studying the books. “As well said, Architecture should make us feel different otherwise engineering would be enough.”
16
17
DESIGN GOAL: An attempt to create a suitable learning environment for a creative institution has to be the central consideration in this proposal of a new campus for the School of Architecture
d e s i g n c o n c e p t: The design concept starts from a simple block where ,a courtyadr space is introduce inthe center to get maximum natural light and to create a common place . And a centeral double height Block is designed as a entrance and act as a connecting bridge between the two wings.
• To enable an understanding of architecture as having the capacity to critically interpret and transform status quo in the built environment and society through the act of design • To guide in the taking of critical/ philosophical/ ideological position relating to specific design situations in the current world and to explore architectural morphology as an expression of those position
