Light Study
Planning Phase: Creating light rooms with cut outs to create different effects withs shadows and light.

Created a space that only had cut outs on the roof to give the effect of a floating roof similar to that of the floating dome of Hagia Sophia 3

Shade Structure: Modeled in Rhino Metal pannels bent into the shape of paper airplanes
Shade Structure 2: Modeled in Rhino by manipulating tools to get the curves and shape that mirror the shape of a stylized manta ray.

Multi unit housing: Plan for these units was to have a work from home space at ground level and all the living space on the second floor which sits cantilevered over the ground floor.

Originally from California, and moved to Arizona for school. Have always had a great desire to become an architect and attended ASU at the suggestion of my high school drafting teacher. I am the first in my family to obtain a bachelor’s degree and will be the first to obtain a master’s degree.
