Phoenix products: Architectural renderings, modeling, professional 3D illustrations, and fly-through for large-scale commercial developments.
Phoenix work procedures: First: Phoenix would like to get your project’s CAD file with description and which are created by your designer or architect. The details should including the materials and colors you want to be included in your project。 Second, we will start working from the 3D wire-frame, modeling and then email you the primary view to get your comments. Third, we will revise it per your request and won’t start rendering till we get your final approval. Fourth, once we get your approval, we will proceed with rendering. We may keep in close touch with the clients during this stage and let the clients get the updated renderings. Fifth, we will revise the rendering till final approval, then send the final work via email or the FTP site to be downloaded. Please feel free to contact me if you have any question or comments about our procedures.
Phoenix rendering rates: Phoenix's fees are based on the time used by our technician to finish the project and the final cost depends on the project’s complexity, level of details, rendering style and the total length of project.
Phoenix working time on a project: We will schedule our time to accommodate your demand. We have a good reputation for on time delivery and quality.

Established in 2004, Phoenix is made up of a young team who are dedicated to serving architects and property developers. We offer them high-quality 3D renderings within limited time scales and budgets, for use in sales or presentations. Since we were established four years ago, from the initial team of 4 people, we have grown into a team of 26 staffs, including 16 technicians, 5 customer service advisors, 3 in the market department and 2 executives. Although our company is not big, we can always bring big surprises. China is a fast-developing country and new developments are launched every day. These have not only brought us the chance to work with different designers, but have also given us the experience to know the important aspects of each design and highlight them when we do renderings. Besides, the quality of service is important to Phoenix. We are always seeking to improve our services beyond high-quality renderings. By doing so, our hard work has resulted in our company becoming NO.1 in our field in Dalian City. With our solid background and our aim is to explore the international market.
