COSTAPLAZA SHOPPING MALL Concept: WINDOWS THAT OPEN TO THE SKYLINE This Mall is located parallel to the coastline and to one of the main avenues of the city. this is the reason it is conceived as a completely permeable façade which allows visual connection directly between interior and exterior dynamics.
GROUND FLOOR
A cuboid is placed and then transformed in its southern borders by tracing a diagonal that adapts itself to the original shape of the terrain. In this unique volume three hierarchical spaces can be seen: the first one in the middle, where an ample void is created and given the function of entry hall- with a vertical circulation nucleus. the other two spaces are closing volumes located to the sides, created for larger commercial sites, separated in curtainwall boxes they have the best visuals.

Developing the interior comes after accepting the type of design structure, external walls and finishing determined by the residential complex. At a formal level, a cuboid is placed facing its longest side to the north where the deck and canals are located. This is the most permeable façade, its volume locates the social areas and it is intersected by a cube rotated 45º and which adapts its west border to the private and service areas.

MASTERPLAN + METROPOLITAN PARK Concept:
THE GREEN ISLAND The study area called “Spina 4”, is the last section of the “Spina Centrale” urban project for the Metropolitan city of Turin, develops along the Venice course axis to finish in Grosseto course, going through the Sempione Park. The Underground Railroad excavation works and the construction of the Rebaudengo-Fossata train station occupied to a large extent of the Park, as we see in the current state plan, creating a physical barrier and insecurity conditions around it. The aim of this project is to requalify the entire area creating new visible entrance to the park, new pedestrial paths and cycle lanes in order to make the park accessible, creating gathering places to host open markets, cultural activities, formal and informal sports, to guarantee the stay of inhabitants and visitors in a safe way. 2

CONVENTION CENTER Concept: THREE SPACES CONNECTED BY A TRIANGULAR INNER PATIO The project will provide three main useful spaces: an auditorium, an exhibition hall and conference rooms. all of them constitute the three hierarchical volumes of the composition due to their shape, scale and use of color. It is possible to enter these spaces through an open-air central inner-patio which is the result of connecting the volumes and which opens to the canal that borders the area on the east side. The concept behind the central patio was inspired by colonial architecture, which is a part of the historic heritage and the architectural spaniards legacy in the country. This project takes it and reinterpret it, breaking the conventional reticulated pattern and incorporating broken and irregular lines which gave the building its triangular shape.

ADICORA BEACH CLUB Concept: INTEGRATION BETWEEN THE RETICULATED PATTERN OF THE CITY AND SINUOSITY OF THE SEA
GROUND FLOOR
This project is born as a proposal for a geographic space where the city meets the sea. It is portrayed as an urban space that combines what is built and what is natural. An area where there are useful spaces for the community and for tourists as well, who are attracted by the natural environment and conditions that have made Adícora a perfect spot for activities like kitesurfing. The principles of Tropical Architecture are shown by using louver doors in the facades, skylights and roofed galleries among others, to give rooms the adequate ventilation and natural light in order to have a comfortable temperature, minimizing this way energy consumption and taking advantage of the beautiful sea view.
