ABOUT ME I am an architect always thirsty for knowledge, and I am not afraid to partake in challenges. With international experience, I am passionate about leading teams into the agile practices of BIM. My leadership style takes the project, the client and team needs into account to tailor solutions that follow the best practices. One of my strong suits is taking difficult concepts and atomizing them to articulate them in a clear manner.

Led simultaneously numerous projects of different scales, ranging from residences to Airport People Movers, and even Campuses with over 2.5 million square feet in designed space. Implemented global standards to align with the company roadmap. Revitalized the global agenda with initiatives that aligned all Managers across Grimshaw’s studios. Took part in the training strategy with the objective of creating a literacy baseline in industry software. Ad-hoc training with cloud videos were part of the resources I created. Monitored and took charge of sharing work in BIM360 and other CDEs, while complying with strict client requirements. Held coordination meetings between stakeholders of different disciplines and delivered this information to the design team. Adapted the BIM language to the stakeholder and level of engagement that was required.

Involved in global structural projects at different scales, from DD to CD. Developed scripts that make tasks more efficient for Structural projects in different software. Led a project for a skyscraper in Korea from Conceptual Design to Construction Documents. Implemented workflows to tame the big time difference Conducted project kickoffs, developed standards, and documentation tailored to the Korean standards, also training, and a strategic approach to maintain our positive workflow.
