The existing CBDs in the world nowadays have many problems like: Traffic problems, pollution, not suitable for the pedestrians, no sonsideration of human scale and being accessible by limited calsses of people. We are aiming to introduce a new concept of CBD which will be open to all the people and will include variety of events and activites while at the same time being sustainable in all the fields. It will be environmentally friendly, respecting the human scale and supporting the pedestrians. This is refleted by maximizing the accessability from inner parts of the district towards the sea upon perpendicular axes supported by green areas and mega structure blocks fed by different scale of activities with a mix profile background of users regarding the age, education and occupation
