THESIS STATEMENT : The history of jewellery is complex and fascinating, and the changes in techniques, styles, and fashions can tell us so much about the time period in which items were created. Jewellery is as old as civilisation itself, and the concept of adorning yourself with the most beautiful items that you can find is one that is innate to human nature. Moreover, the key factors such as affinity towards the latest designs, high quality, and ethical jewellery products increased the demand among high-class consumers. Thus, eventually increasing the number of sales in the overall market. Anyway to spread out the unique history of how we become nowadays and to introduce Thai antique jewellery brand "Ton MaKham Changtong" to the world throught out the design that can be represent the concept strong enough so this going to be a focusing point in this project.

NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT OF PHATTHALUNG SRI BATIK Design and Development/Art and Culture Advisor: Assoc. Prof. Wipawan Laitananont
THESIS STATEMENT : Batik product is one of the main income for the province and a valuable art and its origin of local produce that results in appealing its own patterns and styles. So, it is challenging to develop a new Batik product of Sri Batik shop in term of its quality, appearance and function that could increase a value of Batik and support local people to earn more income. Sri Batik shop is the image of Phatthalung province because they have joined the OTOP project. The number of the customer at Sri Batik shop in Phatthalung province is decreasing due to the lack of quality and the attractive of Batik product does not meet the customer’s needs. Therefore, when less production occurs the local people are getting less income, the loss of identity of art and culture. Especially, batik art in Phatthalung and that could affect the numbers of tourist. So, it is necessary to develop their brand by designing new products with contemporary looks, more functions, can relate to Thai tourists who visit Phattalung. As a result, I would like to create a new product to develop Phatthalung Sri Batik shop.

THESIS STATEMENT : The inconvenience and time inefficiency is a problem in the large enclosed properties. Such as university, and village. The research indicates weather, distance and poor transport system management lead to the problem. Therefore, developing a new different e-scooter from a market by using bamboo veneers as material and bamboo characteristic is a solution. Including using the right desired components which would help improving the ride quality and safety that is found in a mid class e-scooter market. However, there was some part like the main chassis was tested and finished. There still should be more research and development in deeper detail, and one of them is an official test to ensure how strong it is although it stood strong and didn’t break as there was a 100 kg of weight pushing down on the bamboo chassis in the unofficial test.

“Designing a Mini Kitchen for Flat Of Baan Eua Arthorn project”
THESIS STATEMENT : Baan Eua-Arthorn is the government project which aims to strengthen the residential, improve the quality of life for the underprivileged, and provide the opportunity for people to own their standard residence in a community with an appropriate environment. The price and group. On the other hand, The purpose of the government of this project is to provid people with low incomes to own their residence. Price is not expensive, therefor causing the size of residential space to be limited as well. However, with limited space of Baan leads to concern about the problem of cooking in the accommodation of residents who cook regularly. The size of the room at Baan Eua-Arthorn that is cramped. These problems related to unorganized cookware due to lack of space for cooking. For these reasons. I initiated the mini kitchen design project to solve the problem of congestion of the cooking area by increasing more living space and organizing the kitchen to be neat and easy to use for cooking. The kitchen is the key to living Therefore, designing a mini kitchen could facilitate residents in Baan Eua-Arthorn project to live their life and cook more easily. These are very important factors that should be solved.

To get a perfect espresso taste, “Moka pot” requires the user to remove heat at the instance of boiling water. However, the current Moka pot is made of aluminum with an enclosed opaque surface that obscures the boiling water inside the pot. So, heat removal at the right timing may not easily be done. So I want new generations to be aware of preserving their own culture for further generations. Teenjok Mae Chaem Fabric is one of the important fabric in Lanna culture that people are forgetting. It have the identities of Lanna kingdom and full of history that new generation should conserve. Mae Chaem is a district in Chiang Mai province, it is an important place of historical because Mea Cham is one of the few communities in Thailand that still preserve local Teenjok fabric. REDESIGNED KHANTOKE FOR MODERN LIFESTYLE LOCAL, HERITAGE
ADVISOR : WIPAWAN L.
THESIS STATEMENT : Khantoke refers to a container or a tray with legs used in the northern part of Thailand, Laotians, and by some people from northeastern Thailand. Khantoke is used to contain a variety of traditional things including flowers and candles to use in temples and also traditional foods as we call Khantoke meals. Nowadays, Khantoke is getting less recognition as the traditional way of eating is not suitable for modern lifestyle whereas people nowadays prefer sitting in a chair but Khantoke is unadjustable and becomes unusual to put on a dining table. Also, the restaurants that serve Khantoke are having problem storing the tray because it has unadjustable proportion. My new design can solve the existing problems and have a little moden element such as adding weaving placemat
There’s a mechanism underneath the first tray for the tray to become rotatable in circle for users to be more convenient. The bottom tray can take out so that when the restaurants want to store, it could be done easily without wasting so much space by stacking up like the original one.
Weaving placemat Instead of placing dishes in the tray directly, there is a placemat in the tray to protect the wood surface and to be easier to clean.
Weaving placemat design The placemat is made of colored rattans and used weaving technique to imitate the original design of Khantoke.
Instead of using the regular bowls, I designed a dish set that can take space of the tray efficiently.

RENDERING MODEL REDESIGNED A HOT WATER BOTTLE FOR WORKING WOMAN IN MODERN TIMES Materials science/Design and Development ADVISOR : A.WIPAWAN L.
THESIS STATEMENT : I would like to design a new Hot water bag which is safer, more functional and more fashionable than those available in the market. Nowadays, there are many kinds of hot water bags such as electric bags, rechargeable and traditional one. As I have studied, I found that. A general rubber hot water bag contains calcium carbonate which has a chemical reaction when it touches hot water so it may cause injury if it breaks. And, a traditional hot water bag which is made of recycled rubber is unable to keep a temperature of hot water long enough to be able to use continuously throughout the day. Moreover, the difficulty of pouring hot water into the hot water bag may cause unexpected injury. I also found that most of the existing products in the market do not aim at ergonomics functions and a good quality rubber. Therefore, I would like to design a hot water bag for working women in modern times to serve the ergonomics problem, durable, safety in use for working women in modern times

DESIGN AND DEVELOP HANDHELD LABEL DISPENSER FOR CURVE SURFACE Innovation
THESIS STATEMENT : The process of labeling is the most time consumption of production as to start with a minimum of 2,847 cartons per 1 container. a total of 68,328 cans will take two and a haft days and 30 staff to complete the labeling process. As a family business owner and as an exporter of energy drinks, I have noticed that the process of labeling is very laborious. There are two more conditions of this operation. One is the position of packaging that could not be random to press up the labels. The other is the varying label sizes for exporting to different countries under the international trade law. This proposal is to design and develop handheld label dispenser for curve surface in order to help reduce workload, manpower, and time consumption.

Design and development / Consumer Driven Advisor: Dr. Krisaya Luenganantakul
THESIS STATEMENT : Thailand is changing to the Aged society. In 2040, Thailand would have completely entered the aging society. From the following result, the elderly have to rely more on themselves and some problems, such as an inability to open the bottle cap, is one of the issues for their lifestyle. This is due to the fact that most elderly are likely to have problems with synovial bones, weak muscles, and weak hands and fingers. Such problems make it difficult for elderly to twist the bottle lid to open it. Other variables include the bottle opener design and the type of bottle cap. There are opener products but from my experience, I found that people did not really use it in their daily lives. This project aims to improve the design of bottle opener so that elderly can open the bottle more easily. As project results, I try to solve the problems. The opener able to open the cap and adjust into many sizes. It looks friendly and not complicated to use. Lightweight helps to reduce the force when using. All of the above results made me successful.
