WELCOME TO THE ADVANCEMENT TEAM

I am thrilled to embrace my new role as Vice President for Advancement at Archbishop Spalding High School! As a passionate advocate for Catholic education, I am eager to lead the charge in fostering strong relationships with students, parents, alumni, grandparents, community partners, and all those who make up this incredible community. With a dedicated team by m side, I am excited to make a lasting impact on the school's development and create a brighter future for all those we serve.

My immediate priorities include enhancing our data and communications, unifying the school’s fundraising efforts, and meeting as many community members in person as possible. This year, the purpose of our Spalding Fun is Uniting in Purpose, Igniting Potential. We encourage everyone to conside making an annual donation to our Spalding Fund to support critical areas such as curriculum development, faculty and staff retention, extracurricular activities, technological advancements, and financial aid opportunities.

I look forward to meeting you and getting to know the Spalding community over this next year. Go Cavs!

I am excited to take on the Director of Alumni Engagement role at Archbishop Spalding. I am a member of the Class of 1995, and my mother and siblings are l S alding alumni. I have had the pleasure of working at Spalding for over 20 d the opportunity to get to know many of our over 14,000 alumni. accepted this position, I was most excited about the word "engagement." to reengage our alumni and meet them where they are. Whether that providing opportunities to visit the campus, catching up at reunions, ing at happy hours, or visiting cities outside of the area, I want to engage mni in meaningful activities that will make them want to come back.

hort term, I plan to beef up our alumni's social media presence, lish an alumni newsletter, and launch a blitz campaign to update alumni tion. Down the road, I am looking to establish a mentorship program, create more networking opportunities, and continue building the sense of the "One in Christ" community that has made our school community so strong.

I am confident that we can create an alumni engagement program that is second to none. I look forward to working with you all to make Spalding a great place to learn, grow, and give back.
