THE LAND IS LOCATED IN THE AKPINAR NEIGHBORHOOD, WHICH IS ONE OF THE CHARACTERISTIC NEIGHBORHOODS OF BURSA. THE SETTLEMENT IN THE REGION IS GENERALLY ON A HUMAN SCALE, EACH HOUSING UNIT HAS ITS OWN COURTYARD AND GREENERY.
I TRIED TO DEVELOP AN ARCHITECTURE ACCORDING TO THAT NEIGHBORHOOD, IT IS ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY AND TARGETS TO BRING PEOPLE TOGETHER.
FOR A SUSTAINABLE LIFE, CLEAN ENERGY RESOURCES ARE FIRST. DAILY LIGHTING AND ENERGY OF ELECTRICAL VEHICLES CAN BE PROVIDED USING SOLAR ENERGY.
BY COLLECTING RAIN WATER, THE GARDENS ARE IRRIGATED. IN THE ATTIC FLOORS, MEDIUM FLOOR GARDENS BECOME A SPACE ONLY HOUSING RESIDENTS CAN MEET AND GET FRESH AIR.

TAKING INTO ACCOUNT EXİSTİNG AXES BY OPENİNG PEDESTRIAN PATHS. ONE ARM OF THE BUILDING OPENS SLIGHTLY SO THAT ALL FAÇADES FACE NORTH.
CREATION ROOFTOP SOCIAL AREAS IN CERTAIN PARTS OF THE BUILDING. IT ALSO ACTS AS A GREEN ROOF.

The sidewalks pass through the building making it a part of the neighboorhood. Shading is ensured with sliding louver that are fixed along the façade.
At the top of the building,solar panels facing the sun direction provide energy for the homes.
