Theyareaccusaiiinswhlclicannitijme theChurchagainstwhichtheyare directedorprejudicethepeopleofthe colonyagainstherministersorinany wayaffectherillherspiritualcharacters.TheCatholicChurchisfarbeyondthereachofsuchattacks Rstheseandcanaffordtoregard themwiththeutmostunconcern.But itisnotthelessthedutyofher memberstoresentsuchattacks, anddemandthatsheshouldbeprotectedfromthematthehandsofpersons inthepositionofJusticesofthePeace intheveryactofadministeringthelaw.
