The Sarah Jaeger Tribute Fund for Education Your donation to the Call for Cash, will support The Sarah Jaeger Tribute Fund for Education established in April, 2020 by longtime Friend of the Bray, Suzanne Taunt, to honor the involvement of Sarah Jaeger as a former Bray resident, board member, workshop instructor, current community class student and inspiration to many in the ceramic arts community. For Sarah, the Bray’s community class program gave her a more accessible space to work when she needed to accommodate mobility issues. She was instrumental in improving ADA accessibility at the Bray, including raising funds to install an elevator in the education facility and advising on additional upgrades across campus. Given Sarah’s passion for education, she wants to help support this program at the Bray as it continues to be deeply impacted due to COVID-19. Your donation to the Sarah Jaeger Tribute Fund will help seed the future of the Bray Education programming as we look forward with the aim to expand our reach and become a more inclusive environment.

“It has been a gift to me to be part of the community studio, and to see what a positive impact it has on people’s lives. I enthusiastically support efforts to expand the programs and make them available to a wider and more diverse audience.” -Sarah Jaeger

Your support will: • Fund the development of new outreach programs aimed at diversifying and broadening our audience and removing barriers for underserved populations. • Support scholarships for BIPOC artists/students • Help as we move forward with making the Bray campus fully ADA accessible. • Ensure we can continue creating digital content and resources for those unable to visit the Bray in person now and in the future. • Provide staffing support in Education for planning and implementing outreach programs and initiatives Sarah, as Montana’s named “Potter Laureate,” has always worked tirelessly to ensure that the Bray is a fine place to work for future generations and her vision continues to shape the Bray’s new education building and programs. Your Call for Cash donation to the Sarah Jaeger Tribute Fund will help seed the future of the Bray Education programming as we look forward with the aim to expand our reach and become a more inclusive environment. Your donation now will have double the impact as a generous donor has offered a dollar for dollar match up to $20,000. Thank you for your support, the Bray needs you now more than ever!
