Presentation MRADI design is the new way to design Kenya; Our aim is to merge principles of architecture and renewable energy with local culture and tradition, toward evolution of human knowledge.
MRADI design trust on more of thirty years expertise in architectural design/ structural/ urban planning/ plant engineering and industrial design trades. Multidisciplinary team MRADI design is the ideal partner for costumers who would like to relate in a simple and direct way with a close-knit team, which follows every design item, from concept to engineering, overlooking contracts with general contractors and suppliers, direction of construction sites and artistic supervision.

Introduction This document is a visual guidance about contemporary architecture, relevant proposals and concepts that are basic for our design path. Building must be a space aesthetically exquisite, elegant, communicative, comfortable, insightful to the needs of clients, to the habits of individuals who will be living it, to the curiosity of those who will be visiting it. Architecture, Design, ergonomics, environmental sustainability, bioclimatic project are the focus in order to realise living, work, educational, shopping, exibit or hotels area, to have a confortable, low energy consumption, nice shape well integrated into the environment. Green (vertical gardens or interior rooftop), passive microclimate (obtained with as less as possible use of machinery), the insights space with glimpses visual interior and exterior are the beacon of the project; all listed above beacons helps to improve the usability for building, making it a unique superior quality construction, despite that internal components are standardized and flexible to facilitate change of use-destination over its life-time.

Mission for our projects Design, Energy and environmental sustainability should be the focus of any contemporary building. This concept goes beyond even the building itself, considering this concept as a relationship between building and town. Project proposals start on understanding the functionality of the building. Building must contain the changes and therefore must go beyond appearance and architecture has to deal with substance of shapes in order to be able to withstand fast pace of change. Saruni Ocean Resort is a small luxury hotel, it will be opening on december 2014. Mradi design was involved in any aspect of this project: general architectural shape, structural plant project, as well as detail of furnishing and interior design, lighting project and sustainable production of energy.

The urbanistic project must create a perfect idea of city for its citizen. In our urbanistic project we study many aspect of the site: morphology land, the climatic situation, the demographic occupation and many important the use of the space and land. Our idea of city is with big greeb spaces, parking, small buildings, school, social spaces.

q New Petronas Lubrificants R&D Centre in Santena (Turin). Recently the Petronas Group has decided to expand and put together their research activities into a new building. The building complex covers a total area of 17000 sqm, and consist of two interconnected buildings, one with a prevalence of office activities, the other with a prevalence of industrial activities. In collaboration with 967 Architects (Milan) and F&M Engineering.
