PASSION I have always been interested in the concept of fragmentation and with ideas of abstraction and explosion, de-constructing ideas of repetitiveness and mass production.

I don't think that architecture is only about shelter, is only about a very simple enclosure. It should be able to excite you, to calm you, to make you think.

- The mimicry - Limiting adherence to the iconography of the past

- Developing a firmly contemporary interpretatio - Reflecting a more nuanced understanding

the project introduces a precisely terraced landscape that establishes alternative connections and routes between public plaza, building, and underground parking. This solution avoids additional excavation and landfill, and successfully converts an initial disadvantage of the site into a key design feature.

Formal Analysis

Free forms that seek weightlessness and lightness

The angles, the folds of the volumes create a dynamic with a random rhythm

Right angles are absent. They are wide open and very sharp Deconstructivism

Strutural Analysis

Structural Design: The structure of the main building consiste of in situ rein- forced concrete (RC) and a composite steal frame structure. The stats in the meseum and library areas are long-span composite beams with RC stals cast on a metal deck The autorium and the multipurpose hall consists of conventional RC stabs on RC beam .

Roof Structure Space Frame: The design of th space frame for the roof was a multi-step process, starting with the defintion of a structure zone between the architectural free-form shapes of the inner and outer skins. After wards the space frame was aligned with the structural design of the main structure.
