Multifaceted Hotel complex is an Undergraduate Architectural Thesis Project submitted by Naveen S Kumar, C.A.R.E School of Architecture.
The project deals with a High end luxury class Hotel that caters all classes of guests, giving equal importance to the allied amenities which makes the project entirely unique.
The project's site is located near the banks of River Cauvery, around 2 kms away from the centre of Tiruchirapalli city. The site is zoned as a 'Proposed Commercial Zone' by the Trichy corporation in the year 2011.
The basic objective of the project is to initiate the development of the hospitality infrastructure of Trichy which is one of the most important and fastest growing cities of South India, which currently lacks in such a facility.
