Chrome plating, also know as chromium plating, is a technique of electroplating a thin layer of chromium onto a metal to improve resistance to corrosion, protect against scratches and tarnish, and enhance its appearance.
A signature finish that exudes luxury and refinement. Matte Black is a great choice for many styles from contemporary modern to industrial chic.
Electroplating involves passing an electric current through a solution called an electrolyte, which splits up depositing some of the metal atoms into a thin layer on the metal creating a durable bonded finish.

Soft and fresh, Matte White tapware is a great choice in many spaces. Best paired with natural materials and suited to coastal, boho and minimalist designs.
Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder applied electrostatically then cured, unlike conventional liquid paint. It creates a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint.
Durability:
Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD) is a technique used to coat tapware and accessories. A metal coating bonds to the surface at an atomic level, resulting in a long lasting and consistant surface finish. PVD is free from any hazardous materials and does not generate any chemical waste or water pollution, making it one of the most enevironmentally friendly finishes. PVD finishes are strong, hard-wearing and durable, making it a great choice suitable for all indoor applications.
Arguably a finish that is suited to the vast majority of interior settings and palettes, Brushed Nickel is striking yet understated. Combine with almost any colour palette but take the space to the next level when paired with an earthy palette mixed with oaks and natural stones.

Wipe, Rinse, Dry
Keep it simple for everyday cleaning.
Wipe gently with a warm soapy damp cloth or sponge, using a mild detergent.
Rinse off with clean water.
Dry with a soft towel or microfiber cloth for an impeccable finish!
For best results
For a deeper clean, be sure to regularly clean and remove limescale (that yucky white stuff that sometimes builds up).
Apply a small amount of non-abrasive polish to a soft cloth and wipe to remove build up. Finish by completely wiping off the polish with a soft and clean, lint-free cloth.
We find a solution of 50:50 white vinegar and water also works wonders! Simply wipe with a soft cloth, rinse immediately and towel dry.
Avoid, Caution, Just Don’t
Do not use any chemical cleaners. They contain nasty ingredients that can react and corrode the materials of the product.
Do not use ‘Organic’ or ‘Natural’ cleaning products as they often contain high concentrates of citric or lactic acid and limonene which may be harmful to the materials of the product.
Do not use abrasive cleaners, this can be damaging to the surface of your product.
Do not use abrasive cloths, scrubbing brush or scourer to clean, this can scratch the surface of your products.
Here is a list of ingredients to definitely avoid using:
Hydrochloric acid, formic acid, phosphorous acid, ammonium hydroxide, ethanol, benzine based ingredients or lactic acids and limonene (often found in natural cleaning products).
Residues of toiletries such as liquid soaps, shampoos and shower gels, hair dyes, perfumes, aftershave and nail varnish can also cause damage. Carefully rinse with water after use to remove residues. Likewise, do not store any cleaning agents or chemicals under the products, for example in a vanity unit, as the vapors may damage the products.

All ADP basin and sink mixers include hot and cold PEX core (Cross-Linked Polyethylene) stainless steel hoses. PEX hoses are superior quality, increasing durability as well as flexibility. PEX hoses will not break down or contaminate your drinking water and are resistant to chemicals such as chlorine.

All ADP tapware is made from certified dezincification resistant (DZR) brass consistent with the industry standards for applications with high water temperatures or chlorides present.
Soul and Eternal tapware collections are compliant with AS 3718 2021 lead-free code.
