For the MPL project we were working with future yard in birkenhead and their venue spaces. The main points: • Maximise useable space venue • More studios • More co working spaces • Outdoor venue space for performances • Make it a statemnent building • (Make some noise)
In this project we worked through the RIBA workstages providing towards making the plans and scheme ready for planning stages which would help them to apply for funding. Accessibilty and inclusiveness was a key theme allowing for everyone to enjoy and experience the spaces together. We brought tender options to the clients attention showing what was available to him for the future of the project. All in all the project had a variety of stages for the revitalition of part of the birkenhead area.
