PROJECT BRIEF
In an attempt to address climate change, extreme weather phenomena and the dramatic shifts in water levels, this project asks to imagine an observation centre of climate change; a weather station. The building or set of buildings should stimulate a diversified and reactive response to weather mani- festations, but, beyond that the possibility of architecture to generate energy, in the same way that energy is generated by the weathe generated by the weather.
