PARTICIPATION OF ARCHITECTS – free of charge The access of all architects members/affiliated with a professional organization is free of charge, subject to the availability of places.The participation package for architects includes: Full access to the presentations within the conference: 3 plenary sessions, Full access to the networking area,

Full access to the exhibition area, Full access to the coffee break area: 2 coffee breaks, Full acces to the lunch: 1 lunch, Portfolio of the event, containing the materials of the conference, Participant badge, Certificate of attendance.

PROMOTIONAL PACKAGE – 1000 EUR + VAT

Description of included services:

Insertion of promotional material in the event portfolio. It can be inserted only one material with maximum dimensions: 31x23 centimetres, maximum thickness: 0,5 centimetres, maximum weight: 250 grammes.

For the materials which exceed the maximum weight accepted by the organizer, it will be asked an additional fee of 100 euro + VAT

for each extra 100 grammes. The materials will be inserted in the portfolio only after the payment of the fee. The materials with larger thickness and dimension than those accepted will not be inserted in the portfolio of the event, but there will be placed at participants' disposal (without being distributed) in the secretariat of the event.

EXHIBITION SPACE – starting from 1000 EUR + VAT

Description of included services:

Exhibition space, interior, starting from 4 sqm. Exhibition space endowments: carpet, 220v plug: one piece, table: one piece, chair: one piece, basket: one piece. Logistic services: stand cleaning, general security, assistance services during the event.

The space can be supplemented.

SPONSOR – 3000 EUR + VAT Description of included services: 10-minutes presentation in a plenary session program. Exhibition space, interior, 4 sqm. The association of the company name with a unique event, a framework meeting for architects and specialists in the field.

The presence of the company name and the “Sponsor” logo on all the materials of the event: program, brochure or the cd of the event, badges, electronic background, roll-up, portfolio, spider, newsletters, newsalerts, website. Insertion of the promotional material in the event portfolio. Media exposure as “Sponsor”. A roll-up in the plenary session presentation. The participants' list from the session. The exceeding of the time allocated for the presentation - which will be timed – it will be asked an additional fee of 100 euro + VAT for each extra minute. The package doesn't include simultaneous translation service.
