CONCEPT
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN GREEN CORRIDORS SPRAWL IN THE CITY?
The project aims to provide a prototype environment that can provides those who work or live wihin its boundary, a high degree of social interaction, walkability, and healthy environment through a mixed use lead development. The urban design concept focuses on two main cores; First, supplying walkable public realim that can of-
fers pedestrain a comfortable walking enviornment. Second, providing a unique skyline for the city of Suez that can represents it’s new business potentials.
The natural hazards, representing in the slope and stream paths are the main design challenge. In order to provide a safe environment, environment adaptation aproach was taken into consideration. The solution sumarizes in two main cores. First, Following the stream path. In case of fload, there will be ways for water to flow into the sea. The second idea was to rise the ground surface above the sea level to avoid spaces for Parking and utilities instead of wasting the land surface and avoiding the ground water. The project is located in costal area nearby Suze governorate in Egypt. The Master plan consists of 6 main zones: office park zone, Residential neighbourhood, Utilities and infrastructure, port extension zone, Regional park zone and mixed uses zone.
MASTERPLAN
TOBACNA CAMPUS LJUBLJANA, SLOVENIA the project aim was to convert a Brownfield of an old tobaco factory located nearby the old city center of Ljubljana- into a vibrant educational campus. the concept approach was based on slightly modifications that can lead to significant impact on the development of the project.
Ubran design, particularly the link between open spaces is the key factor for the conept of this project. The whole idea summaries in the following diagram. It explaing how the structure of one the old
building can be converted to an exhibiton hall. It starts with wall remobal of the first wall till it reaches a topographical changes in the surrounding site.

EL-GOUNA BUSINESS PARK EL-GOUNA, EGYPT This project represents one of the semester project of the master program -M.Sc. Urban Development. It is one of the main core element as it acts as a practical exercies for apply a project with different disciplines. Within the team, I was responsible of the
urban design concept, and visualization. Nevertheles, feasibility study has been conducted as a final report for the investors. After 2011, the number of tourists who visit Egypt each year, has declined dramatically. The economy of many cities in Egypt
has struggled strongly, giving no choices for people except quiting their jobs. The project idea was to offer a new business aproaches for a towns where its economy is based on touristic activities. and give them a chances as a way out.
The plan proposes the creation of 2 new districts; office park and residential district anchored by parks and open spaces of approx. total area 23 HEC. The important aspect of the concept is based on the small scale, and network of walkable blocks to offer pedestrian (and bike) friendly scale for development.

THE FUTURE OF FARMLAND SOLO CITY, INDONESIA
Over the past twenty years, there has been an explosion of growth in the region to the south and west of downtown Solo. Time and time again the development process repeats itself: farmers sell their land to developers, developers build houses or prepare the land for building, homeowners buy the houses and land, and a new local economy among homeown-
ers, business owners, and the government is created. As strips of land are converted from rice paddies into suburban developments, an entirely new class of people populates the area. What factors play a role in this process, and how should these factors be manipulated to anticipate development in a way that is beneficial for all parties involved?

CONCEPTUAL DESIGN INTERVENTIONS
A hierarchal street network is essential in creating a flourishing, well-organized community. It is necessary to connect all residential neighborhoods and commercial areas via roads, but it is also important to minimize the amount of road length and maximize the amount of land available for construction. The concept portrays the optimal street network for the region of study.

Many cities have problems with the lack of green open space. This network of green corridors connected by green pathways is one way to address this problem: residents have sufficient space to relax and enjoy the outdoors alone or with others. The winding nature of these green corridors allows the amount of park space that could be contained within parks to be spread out across a much larger area, granting more residents access.

REVITALIZATION KOM ELSHOKAFA NEIGHBORHOOD ALEXANDRIA, EGYPT The plan for the Region can be a model for others to follow in creating a high-density urban residential district. This long collaborative process reveals the following lessons which have proved to be helpful in developing schemes of similar use and density in other parts of Alexandria and beyond. The master plan proposes a mixed use, residential-led development phased over three phases. The master plan comprises a series of development parcels ranging in size from 0.2 to 1.5 acres structured by a hierarchy of streets and green spaces.
